In the heart of the charming medieval town of Rolle, Le Resto and L'Hôtel by Hostellerie du Château welcome you to a magnificent 18th-century building that has retained its original stone walls. This site, steeped in history, was home to Rolle's former spa in 1700. Today, it combines the cachet of the old with a modern decor following its renovation in October 2017. While the fireplaces warm the winter evenings, the magnificent terrace offers a breathtaking view of the lake, Rolle's medieval castle and the Alps. The restaurant has over 80 seats, divided into 2 rooms: a dining room and a bar, each with a fireplace where our grilled meats are cooked. Here you can discover some of our specialities, such as "comète" beef, entrecôte steak and the famous perch fillets with home fries. On request, we can provide a private room (60m2 - for up to 40 people) for all your occasions: company meals, wedding banquets, aperitifs, wines of honour, funeral receptions, etc.
